The artist pays you directly through your own payment link: PayPal, Stripe, Wise or bank transfer. The payment is received in your account; PlaylistWave does not hold or process that money at any point. Your only cost is the monthly subscription.
02 What is PlaylistWave?
The all-in-one platform playlist curators use to run their promotion service: create and manage campaigns for artists, receive payments through your own payment link, invoice with VAT and manage every artist relationship in a built-in CRM. You stay independent: the relationship with each artist, the payments and the data stay with you.
03 Is PlaylistWave legal and compliant with streaming services?
Yes. PlaylistWave is independent business software and is not affiliated with any streaming service. You sell your own promotion service (expert review, social promotion, feedback and campaign management) and invoice it under your brand; whether a song ever enters a playlist is your own free editorial decision, never sold or guaranteed. It follows the streaming services' terms and never manipulates plays or followers. Your artists, your payments and your data stay yours.
04 Do I have to issue the invoices myself?
No. PlaylistWave generates your service invoice with your VAT, from your fiscal settings and the details the artist enters with the offer. You download it from the panel.
05 Can I send emails from my own address?
Yes. Connect your SMTP provider (Gmail, Outlook, Postmark, Resend, SES or any other) and every artist email goes out under your brand, not PlaylistWave's.
06 Are smart links and My playlists included?
Yes, in both plans. Smart links include ad pixels, email capture and the artist request inbox.
07 Are the Meta Ads integration and AI features available now?
They're on the Pro roadmap and will be enabled as they're ready. They are not part of the core launch unless marked as available.
08 Does PlaylistWave intervene in my artist relationships or my payments?
No. Your relationship with each artist remains direct and payments are received in your own account. PlaylistWave is your working tool, not an intermediary: you run the campaigns, communicate under your brand and keep all your data.
09 Does PlaylistWave manage or change my playlists?
No. You manage your playlists yourself, on your own platform. PlaylistWave shows their information for context and handles your campaigns, billing and smart links. It never edits your playlists.
10 What is access like during beta?
Limited and reviewed personally. Founding curators come in with launch pricing locked.
11 Can I delete my data?
Yes. Request full deletion from your account settings at any time. We only retain what the law requires us to keep.
12 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your billing portal. No contracts, no retention scripts.
